Who We Are
Courtney Kim is the Creative Director, bringing over a decade of experience in brand strategy, identity design, and packaging for premium lifestyle, beauty, wellness, and retail brands.
Courtney has led award-recognised design projects, delivered successful brand repositioning for national and global clients, and helped innovative businesses secure investment through clear strategic direction. Her edge lies in bridging strategy and design, translating business goals into brand decisions that are both creatively compelling and commercially effective.
She served as Creative Lead at Canva, where she shaped large-scale campaigns and localisation strategies across the Korean market, growing the user base from 200K to 2M between 2021 and 2026.
She is also a public speaker at international design conferences, including Design Korea 2025, where she shares insights, workflow on creativity, and the evolving role of design in the AI era.
