In Arabic, aqida means creed. It is a word that carries conviction, something you stand behind without apology. When client came to us with a project and a name, that conviction was already present. What he needed was a visual language to match it. The brief was to build a specialty coffee brand from scratch, one that honoured his Islamic heritage, spoke to Melbourne’s broader coffee culture, and held its own against the established names that had been building loyal followings for years.
